As some of you may know, 100% of all the royalties from books written by Senior Pastor Ken Shigematsu go to missions that work with vulnerable children.

We will be giving $100,000 from this book fund to support World Vision Canada’s work in some of the most fragile places in the world, whose situations have become even more vulnerable because of COVID-19.

Funds will be directed to:

Afghanistan: providing some of the most impoverished families in the Herat Province with food, soap, and basic instructions and necessities to help keep them safe from COVID-19.

Honduras: supporting a project that raises up young entrepreneurs to enter the labour market and generate a sustainable income for themselves and their families.

The Democratic Republic of Congo: empower community leaders to protect and advocate on behalf of children in violent fragile contexts.

If you would like to join the book fund in giving to vulnerable children and families in Afghanistan, Honduras, and the Democratic Republic of Congo during this pandemic, go to tenth.ca/give and use the code Book Fund Donations.
