Tenth UBC is a welcoming faith community on campus. We’re made up of students, faculty, working professionals, and families from the neighbourhood and around the world. We desire to create meaningful opportunities to build relationships and explore faith together each week.
Whether you are here for a short stay or are a long-time resident of Vancouver, our community will help you grow in your faith as we connect with God and others.

Join Us on Sundays
We invite you to experience a Sunday with us. Our Sunday services include music, practical teachings from the Bible, and communion. Our gatherings are designed to be relaxed, informal, and authentic—and include people from many walks of life. After the service, we enjoy connecting with each other over coffee and tea.

These relationships help us navigate life's challenges and deepen our understanding of God's love. We invite you to get involved, use your talents, and find your home away from home as we connect with others and grow in faith together.

Kids & Youth
Welcome to Tenth Kids and CREO! We work to create a welcoming and safe learning environment for families and kids. We have classes for Pre-School – Grade 5, and Grades 6 and up can join our CREO Youth.
If it’s your first time, one of our team members will help you register and find your class. If you’ve been with us before, just enter your phone number into our self-serve check-in system and print off your label.
Children stay with their families for the music portion of the service. After our announcements, we invite kids and youth to meet their leaders at the side doors and go with them to their rooms. Children will play, sing, learn about God, and enjoy a snack together. Once the service has ended, you can make your way to their classroom to sign out your child. During the service, if you see your ID number on the front screen, we ask that you head to your child’s room to tend to your child's need.
Babies & Toddlers
We currently do not offer infant care, but should you need to leave the service you can sit in the lobby with your little one and watch on the big screen. A baby change table is available in the handicap washroom located at the end of the hallway beside the other washrooms. And please know, we love kids and never feel their noises are a distraction—it’s all part of being a family.
Preschool & Kindergarten
We offer a preschool and kindergarten class on the main level. Our leaders create a warm and engaging atmosphere for your children, engaging with them in interactive play and bible story time, along with crafts and snacks.
School Age
Kids in grades 1 to 5 head to class on the main level. This time is interactive and our leaders engage kids in conversation, helping them to navigate their faith. We believe that investing in kids at any age is important, and our team works to build meaningful relationships with those who join us.
Youth
CREO youth meet every Sunday on the second level (up the elevator or stairs). Our leaders have an interactive learning experience waiting for you with great conversation and snacks included.

Location
Parking
Be kind to our neighbours by parking legally within restrictions. Please do not park in residential permit parking as you may be ticketed or towed. You can park at the West Parkade, located at 2140 Lower Mall. We recommended parking on Level 4 at the southeast corner, as this is the closest exit to the CIRS building.
The West Parkade has generously provided a discount parking code for Tenth Church UBC Pt Grey (a $2 flat parking rate). You can access this special rate between 9:30am and 10:30am on Sundays by using the Honk Mobile App.
- How to validate parking using the Honk Mobile App: Open the app, and enter ZONE ID 5671 (West Parkade). Select 2 hours of parking. Pay $2 using your credit card. The rate TENTH CHURCH will show on the app.
Transit
CIRS can be accessed by bus routes 33/70, 33/68, and 99/68 via the UBC Exchange. Please visit Translink.ca or go to planning.ubc.ca for specific information
Bicycle Routes
CIRS can be accessed by bicycle on West Mall. A bicycle rack is located at the entrance to the building.
Wheelchair Accessibility
Our church is wheelchair accessible from the West Mall entrance.
