God invites us to pause and pay attention, to listen and enter more deeply every day into his love. But we can't do this alone. We need soul-friends who help us notice God’s presence in our lives, and Soul Trios help provide the support and guidance we need.
What is Soul Trios?
Soul Trios offers group spiritual direction as three people gather once a month for spiritual companionship, taking turns listening and sharing about what is happening in their spiritual journey. Together, they pay attention to God’s presence in their lives. A Soul Trio provides a safe space for honest conversations about life and faith.
Joining a Soul Trio requires filling out an application and receiving training.
