Life Groups need leadership in order to fulfill their purpose of spiritual growth in community. Becoming a Life Group Leader does not need to be daunting. You are not alone. God is with you and we are here to equip you and support you as you lead a group. Here are four steps for getting started as a Life Group leader:
Step 1:
Email the pastor for your site to indicate your interest in leading a life group. Discuss it with them.
Step 2:
Watch life group training videos.
Step 3:
Read the Life Group Leader Role Description and Life Group Agreement.
Step 4:
Meet with a pastor to discuss any questions, to talk about lifestyle expectations, and to sign a leadership agreement.
